Have you ever had trouble fighting with yourself when you see a big giant bar of chocolate and in your head fighting for “Yes, take it” or “Don’t you ever touch that”? That happens to me all the time. You know I told people many times to get healthy food, when sometimes I can’t really control myself. So I decided that the best way is to eat something more between the meals to fill myself up and won’t go hungry all the time and finding something else to eat.

Something that can add between your main dishes I call here, healthy snacks. But you have to be strong that once you want to use this method, eating healthy snacks instead of potato chips and really sweet candy bars, you should not again want to go back and eat that junk again.
