Now is the time to start with the most basic lessons. Footwork has done a lot of helps. I will tell you later what they are.
Footwork will help you move around the ring and put you in the position of using all the Muay Thai weapons. It can also help you avoid the attacks from your opponent. The quickly you can move around the ring, the safer your will be. And once you’re quicker you can think of the way to be advance over your opponent.
First you have to start with the right Muay Thai stance. All parts of your body will be used to protect and guard your important areas and be flexible to move quickly because Muay Thai stance is the most effective defense position and every attack from you or your opponent will be driven from this position also.
Here are some method of footwork you might want to practice and learn really well because there are the basics you will use to be more proficient in Thai Boxing.
Any methods of footwork can be repeated as many times as you wish. But the stance will have to linger all the time during the fight to be prepared to attack and defend.

4. Leaping
